Pays you benefits for on or off the job accidents which include poison ivy, spider bites, falls, sports injuries and car accidents. Includes accidental life insurance and a wellness visit. Great for people with kids, that drive a lot or just accident prone
Cancer
This benefit is guaranteed Issue for this enrollment: Pays you benefits if you get skin cancer or an internal cancer. Some of the covered items: chemo/radiation, surgery, hospital stays, travel etc. No additional charge for children under 26. Includes cancer wellness money per person on the policy. Be able to concentrate on getting better instead of the financial worries.
Critical Illness
Pays benefits for the major catastrophic things like heart attack, strokes, cancer etc. No additional charge for children under 26.
Hospital Supplemental
Pays you benefits for doctor visits, lab work, ER visits, surgeries, hospital stays, tests etc. Great for maternity coverage or assistance to meet your deductible or max out of pocket.
Supplemental Dental
Pays you in addition to other dental policies. Helps with the out-of-pocket dental.
